Victims Identified in Cleveland, OH Imperial Avenue Investigation

On Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 4:30 p.m., Cleveland Police Homicide detectives and members of Mental Health Services Violent Loss Response Team made notification to family members of another victim taken from 12205 Imperial Avenue. Tishana Culver, 31, of the 12300 block of Imperial Avenue was identified by the Cuyahoga County Coroners Office. Ms. Culver, who was born on August 31, 1978, was not reported as a missing person. On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, the Cuyahoga County Coroners Office has identified the first victim found at 12205 Imperial through DNA evidence. Cleveland Police Homicide Detectives, accompanied by a representative from Mental Health Services Violent Loss Response Team made a notification to the family of Tonia Carmichael at 2 pm. Ms. Carmichael was reported missing in Warrensville Hts. on November 10, 2008. She was 52 years of age when the report was made.
